Note: The old joke — “AGI has already been developed internally” — is now literally true by design. Every week of staggered release widens the gap between what exists and what’s available. China, roughly nine months behind the public frontier, catches the released models faster while falling further behind the unreleased ones. Pentagon Rewrites Autonomous Weapons Policy — AI Can Now Initiate Wartime Actions Under Human Oversight

SpaceX Tells Investors Starlink Will Sell Mobile Service Direct to US Consumers
